Personal Assistant – Office Staff Role

Personal assistants, executive & household assistants can have a variety of duties and tasks that vary on a daily basis. Being reliable and adaptable focused & organised while representing your employer or company well at all times.

As well as taking phone calls & messages & daily diary management. You will be expected to be involved in travel arrangements, possibly catering, flowers, minutes at meetings to name but a few duties.

Working within a Private Household you are likely to be involved in more personal tasks & family support. Possibly overseeing household maintenance, running errands, projects taking place at the residence.

You should be able to work well under pressure and be an organised and methodical in your approach. A driving licence maybe advantageous depending on location.
