Our English speaking clients are looking for an experienced couple to look after a large 800 acre estate in France. The family are in residence for approximately 3 months of the year. It is a working organic status farm and homes around 12 horses.You would be expected to be good team players as the estate is well staffed and largely depends on flexibility.Housekeeper duties to include - cleaning, laundry, occasional cooking and preparing for family visits.Gardener duties to include - swimming pool and maintenance of tennis court, pick up and drop off from airports and stations, horse and dog care when required.Some basic French would be useful.Generally to have an energetic and enthusiastic disposition, warmth and motivation. We have been asked to find a professional Estate Management Couple for a large Family house located on the beautiful Isle of Man. The Household consists of two adults and two older children (15 and 12) set in ten and a half acres of picturesque landscaped gardens including a lake and walled garden. The Couple will be responsible for the day to day running of the household, gardening and maintenance. Usual Housekeeping duties to include, cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping, running errands, dealing with contractors. Formal gardening and all maintenance duties to be carried out on the property and its grounds. Would suit a highly organised and efficient couple in their duties. This is a full time, live in permanent position and would be great for a couple seeking a long term role. Offered with the role is a brand new and separate two bedroom cottage set within the grounds, with all utilities included. Both bedrooms are ensuite. A car is also available for the couple to use. Offering top salary for the right couple. To start middle to end of June. Normal working hours Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.
